YOU NEED PERMISSION TO VIEW THE DATA!
Pak-Bot will only return data to employees with permission to view that data. Data is filtered by Site, and also by Employee Roles and Permissions. For example "Finance admin" or "Sales data" is required to view sales or revenue information.
DATA PRIVACY
We use OpenAI for our A.I. processing, they do not retain your data or use it to train their models, so when you use Pak-Bot, your data is only used to perform a function, not saved by OpenAI for later use, we share relevant required data when you ask a question of Pak-Bot.
At Producepak, we do not use your data, unless you indicated that Pak-Bot did a bad job of helping you, in which case (anonymously) the prompt / query / chat / request / file / paste that you gave to Pak-Bot will be shared with our engineers so we can make Pak-Bot more useful for you. If you disagree with this, please email websupport@producepak.com with subject "Opt out of Pak-Bot improvements".
EXCEPTIONS: We use Azure A.I. for image recognition and route planning. Azure does not keep your data for model training, and Producepak does not keep your queries. Nothing to opt out of here!
PAK-BOT CREDITS
Every time you ask a question/prompt to Pak-Bot, one credit is deducted from your account, regardless of the responses, accuracy, or if any response if provided at all.
