Videos are available on Producepak.com, the more detailed video can be given to qualified prospects or used to learn how to perform a demonstration.
Please try to get prospects to watch both videos before you have a meeting with them.
Demo URL's
Current version of Producepak is referred to as V2. V3 is the new version that will be finished in 2024, we have some customers using selected screens in V3 now.
We recommend your browser window is about 1200 to 1400 x900 resolution, and you should use DARK theme so edges of pages that are non-interactive images don't look weird, we used Dark theme in the demo videos. Use Google Meet to share only the browser window with the Producepak tabs open (open instances of your browser to run Google Meet in).
1. Open Farmsoft V3 in a new tab. Sign out if you are not already signed out. The sign in page is used as the first screen shown to customers before the demo starts.
2. Open a new tab and sign into Farmsoft Version 2 using your v2 credentials.
3. Open another tab and sign into Version 3 using your V3 credentials. This is important because you cant be signed into v2 and v3 at the same time using the same account.
Before a demo you must RESET THE DATES, do this by going to V2 > Settings > Admin > More options > "Reset dates" (the password is "demo", NEVER do this in a clients database! This permanently changes all dates to TODAY).
Your demo database contains thoughtfully created data, if you screw it up, you will mess up the demonstration, so don't go change the data!
If you know a prospect won't be interested in a feature, leave that tab out of your demo.
Now open these tabs (follow instructions to retrieve data on pages that don't auto populate): Once you have them all open, make a bookmark folder so you don't have to manually open these again!)
