Shop
The Shop lets your customers create orders and record other transactions with your company.
CREATE SHOP USERS / ONBOARDING PROCESS:
Create employees of your customers that can access your shop.
From Settings > Company > edit a company and tap the Shop Users icon at top right. You can enter multiple employees for each customer / supplier. Onboarding is easier when you send them their credentials and they don't have to sign up.
You can send an invitation to use your shop when you enter the Shop User, or you can send it later from the Company screen, select companies and more options > "Send bulk onboarding".

Create a Shop User account so you can view your shop. Before you sign in, SIGN OUT of your current profile (Sign out from your profile icon at top right) you can access the shop from the normal Producepak sign in location:

PART CONFIGURATION:
Show in shop: activate this switch to make Part show in shop.
UOM: We recommend a Part UDF called "UOM" that describes the units packaging if you don't include this in the Part name.
DEALS: To show a Part in your part Category "Deals" , turn on the "Deals" switch. This part will show in its normal category AND in the "Deals" Part Category (don't forget to make a "Deals" category).
To show any Part UDF in the Shop, please enable "Print" for that UDF.
GROUPING PARTS: From More Details tab on Part screen, select the "Packed container" if the current part is a child of another Part. Eg: create one part called "Avocado crates" and then create several additional parts like Avocado Crate 20LB, Avocado Crate 10LB etc and set their Packed Container to "Avocado crates". In the shop only "Avocado crates" will show, when customer opens it they will be given the Avocado 20LB Crate, Avocado 10LB Crate options.
FREIGHT: to add freight on a per Part basis, create a UDF.Name = "Freight cost". Use this to set per Unit freight.
Create a Part called "Freight".
