SCAN CROP LABELS
Step 1: CONFIGURE CROPS
A Crop is a variety of fresh produce you produce between a specific date range. The Crop name is a code that you should be able to use to track the farming inputs and production location. Creating Crops ensures scans are accurate based on legitimated production of specific varieties between specific dates. Optional: Put default Warehouse into the field Data 1, this warehouse will be used when the label is scanned. Note the dates of a Crop control when it can be used; add a few days on either side of the date range if you harvest early or later than planned.
Step 2: PRINT CROP TAGS
From the Crop page, tap the print icon. Give these to harvesting teams to stick onto pallets / totes / truck.
Step 3: SCAN TAGS
From "Delivery" screen scan a tag, confirm the correct quantities and tap OK to save. Now print a new label to go on the pallet / tote.
