Turn off shortcuts to these screens, or tailor them using Settings > Admin > dropdown select "Inventory (Batch)" "Inventory (Delivery)" "Inventory (Harvest)" ..... to change settings for each screen.
Batch
Create inventory as an output from a Batch
This screen is used to create outputs from a packing or manufacturing batch. Outputs can be finished product, or product to be processed in subsequent batches. Use the Batches screen to create a batch and record inputs; you can't create batch outputs before you record the inputs.
Delivery
Record delivery of inventory from supplier, or even your own farm.
Receive a delivery from any supplier (including your own company), this can be for raw produce, packed, produce, packaging materials, ingredients or additives, farming supplies such as fertilizers and spray chemicals. Find out how to manage packaging or farming inventory here.
Rapid
Create a pallet with one tap
For users that need a fast screen to make pallets. Tap the print icon to create a pallet.
If you are Inventory Admin you will see a settings icon at top right. This screen requires a Packing Station record for each Employee, so you can set the Parts that will show at each packing station, traceability, and other details. Create Packing Station records for each category, and switch the station when the produce being packed changes.
AUTOMATIC BATCHES: Activate Setting ID 344 to automatically create batches. A new batch is created for each day for each unique Traceability code (eg: you may be inserting a Block name, patch, field name, or supplier traceability code into Traceability). Using Batches gives you access to additional waste analysis and other reporting.
Harvest
Associate incoming deliveries with your Block/Crop batches. Use Settings icon at top right of this screen to configure the Block / Crop codes.
Print tags
Print Crop tags to give to harvesters to stick/place in harvested bins. You can then scan this tag on the Harvest screen. Turn this feature on from Settings > Admin.
Purchase order
If you create Purchase Orders, use this screen to receive a delivery.
Touch
Images show on each screen to make selection rapid, with minimal writing, useful for employees that can't read, and designed exclusively for use on touch screens.
Truck unloading
Great for deliveries where a truck has a trailer full of fresh produce (eg: potato, onion, sweet potato) etc. The fresh produce is not in bins or containers, it is lose. From this screen you can "Start" packing of each truck, record the product packed from each truck, and "Finish" the truck so it will disappear from your Truck Unloading screen. You can also print Truck tags (barcodes) to scan during delivery.
