Stocktake
Stocktake: compare actual inventory quantities with values in Producepak, record differences.
Requires Make stocktake, or Inventory admin (for Stocktake approval) employee.
Managers can use the process below, except select "Approve stocktake" instead of Stocktake. The approval process is for management to highlight only discrepancies and acknowledge them.
Use a mobile device with resolution 600+ horizontal with this screen (ask us if you have lower resolution)
1. From Inventory screen: Select Stocktake from more options menu at top right.
2. Filter by Site and Warehouse, optionally category to view items you will stocktake.
3. Enter values for inventory if the actual quantity is different than the quantity in the app.
IF THE VALUE IS CORRECT, SIMPLY TAP IN THE QUANTITY BOX AND THE VALUE WILL BE INSERTED AUTOMATICALLY
4. When you have scrolled all the way to the bottom of the list, Tap tick button to save your stocktake (if you don't do this, the stocktake will not be saved!).
