If your business has only one location where operations are preformed and inventory is stored then one site is sufficient.

Examples:

Site "Packhouse" will have Warehouses "Cooler 1" "Cooler 2" "Cooler 3" "Packing lines" "Dispatch". [Read more here].

If you have more than one business location, create a Site for each address, and add the locations abbreviation to the start of the warehouse names, eg: at Site "Brentville" create cooler Warehouses like "BR Cooler 1" "BR Cooler 2" etc.
