Producepak user manual
Every business operates completely differently, a generic manual is of little use. Please ask your consultant to write a custom manual for your business. Most processes and features listed here are optional.

Setup / import data for each screen in the Settings sub-menu. At top right of this Support page, please tap Other > Settings > Each screen here will need configuration depending on which features you use. Note you can access the online help for each screen directly from within the app from Profile > Online help, to receive help for the scree you are looking at.

Invenory or harvest delivery
Receive inventory
These screens are used to receive deliveries of all types of inventory from your own farm, suppliers of packaging, ingredients, and farming materials. From the "New inventory", one of these screens will be suitable for recording your incoming inventory. View details for each screen here. If you require specific labels to apply to Inventory, you can modify or create new formats here.
Packing and manufacturing
Batch pack / manufacture finished product
If you pack or manufacture in batches, you can scan inputs into the batch, and record the outputs. Outputs may be finished product ready to sell, or product that will be processed in subsequent batches.
There is also a manufacturing process to guide users to do the correct task at the correct time and record data as required.

Quality
Quality inspection
Perform quality control on incoming deliveries, unfinished inventory outputs from batches, packed good, finished product, shipping containers / loads, use customer specifications for testing. Many clients configure a Daily Packhouse Hygiene checklist.

Inventory management
Move, Add To Batch, Build new pallets, Site to Site Inventory Transfer, Sell inventory, perform stock take can all be done from the Inventory screen.

Sales and shipping
Orders, picking, shipping
Enter customer Orders by automatic collection from your email account, drop them into Pak-Bot for automatic entry, allow customers to enter them online, or enter them yourself. You can customize the picking, shipping, and sales processes from Admin > filter by "Shipping" "Sales" "Orders".
LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT
Optionally use the Logistics dashboards to monitor packing and shipping progress and print BOL and invoice or export documentation.
SHIPPING:
Manual picking:
If you want to perform paper based picking, either:
* Print the order from Orders, pass to picking team and they will write the pallet numbers on the Order, and return to you so you can use Inventory screen to assign those pallets to the order/invoice.
* Sell the pallets using the Inventory screen, print the BOL and give to pickers to use as a pick list, in this case the pickers must pick exact pallet numbers.

Autofill order (RECOMMENDED PROCESS)
From Inventory > Ship Order > tap the autofill icon (running man icon) and Producepak will fill the order FIFO. Optionally turn on "Demand scan of each pallet" from settings to ensure only correct pallets are shipped. Details here.
GROWER PAYMENTS
If you pack for other growers, use the Payments Dashboard to generate grower payments/returns/packing fee invoices.

Generative A.I. reporting and fresh produce assistant
