Price / GTIN / UPC / PLU

Set prices for finished Parts based on a combination of Part, Feature, and Customer (customer price lists).

Access the Price screen from Settings > Part > More Options > Price

Use this screen to configure prices for Parts, Variety, and features, and by customer, or to create price lists.

You can also configure GTIN, PLU, UPC, and Import codes (to match imports with your packing machine), and Sale Codes (to match imports with codes used on imported Orders).

PLEASE NOTE that often a Part AND a combination of features (eg: Size or Grade) make ONE GTIN. Please be sure to filter by the correct combination when setting GTIN / PLU / UPC, and Price.

SET PRICES BY PART, VARIETY, CUSTOMER
1. Filter by your choice of Produce, Variety, Customer, tap search at top right.

  1. To set ALL prices in the results to the same price, enter it into the "Bulk save" section and tap "Bulk save". This process is now finished.
  1. To set prices individually, scroll down to the "Price detail" grid and enter Sale Price.

IMPORTANT! Tap the save (tick) button to save your prices!

SET PRICES BY PART and VARIETY
1. Filter by Produce, Variety, tap search at top right.

  1. To set ALL prices in the results to the same price, enter it into the "Bulk save" section and tap "Bulk save". This process is now finished.
  1. To set prices individually, scroll down to the "Price detail" grid and enter Sale Price.

SET PRICES FOR ONE CUSTOMER
1. Filter by Customer, (optionally Category / Parts) tap search at top right.

  1. To set ALL prices in the results to the same price, enter it into the "Bulk save" section and tap "Bulk save". This process is now finished.
  1. Or, to set prices for individual Parts, swipe down to the "Price detail" grid and enter Sale Price.

IMPORTANT! Tap the tick/save button to save your prices!

SET GTIN OR PLU OR UPC
Filter by Part and optionally Features (eg: Size / Grade etc). Select GTIN or UPC or PLU from the option box, tap search.
Enter the GTIN, now TAP THE SAVE BUTTON, if you dont tap SAVE it will not be saved.
