RAW MATERIALSview
Tick the RAW MATERIALS view for projected raw materials labor, and overheads required to pack / manufacture the selected order items. Requires Part Ingredients are configured for finished Parts.
Configure each Finished Product Part with Ingredients. Ingredients are the materials required to create this finished product, also know as a Bill Of Materials (BOM).
By configuring the Ingredients needed to manufacture each part (like a bill of materials), the app can calculate and select raw materials required to manufacture / pack orders and create finished product automatically.
For details on how to configure Ingredients on Parts please see below.
SALES AND PROJECTIONSview
This view will show actual sales compared to projected orders. You need to create the Projected Orders from the Orders screen: add a new order and select the "Projected order" option. These orders are used to set the projected/estimated/forecast for sales.
If you have Employee Finance Admin OR Employee Sales Data roles enabled, the currency value of projected and actual sales will be visible using this view.
If you don't create Projected Orders this option will not work. Note that this option does not use actual customer orders in the projected sales data.
SALES AND ORDERSoption
This view will show actual sales compared to actual customer orders. This is useful if you wish to compare your ability to fill orders, or don't use Projected Orders.
