Chat

From Profile > Chat: Send messages to individuals, groups, or packing stations to keep your fresh produce packing team informed and int he loop. To send Chats, from Employee enable "Chats".

Contextual chat tags

Use "@invoice 100" to reference the Invoice # 100.

Use contextual tags to refer to objects in Producepak, eg: "@invoice 100" will show a preview of Invoice # 100 and a link to it (links work only if the user has permission to view Invoices). The same applies to these other Producepak objects, add the number at the end, eg: @Order 123, or @Pallet 53923:

@Order
@Invoice
@Pallet
@Inventory
@Delivery
@Purchase
@Batch

Use @pakbot to talk directly to Pak-Bot from within your chat. Anyone else in your chat will see Pak-Bot's responses.

Chat will show the object you have referenced and off a print and download option.
